Cancellations.

If you decide you’d like to cancel and order from our site after it is has been placed, we can stop processing and issue a refund before the product has been shipped. After and order has been processed and shipped it is not possible to change address, changing the product ordered, or quantities.

Returns.

All sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Damaged Items

If any of our objects are damaged during shipping and observed upon opening your delivery, email us immediately at hello@tinydot.shop.com with a photo of the damaged item. Please include a full description of the damage in your email. All claims must be sent within 2 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement product to you and process the shipping.
